Things You Need To Know!

Once the product has left the facility and is in customer care, it is up to the customer to take all precautions whenever using a product. Green Goddess is not liable for anything that happens after the product is in the customers hands. Many factors, beyond the construction of the candle itself, can affect its performance such as room drafts, debris that may have accumulated in the wax’s melt pool, wick length and proper pre-burn trimming.

To prevent any injuries or fires, please follow instructions below.

-Always trim wick to before lighting (not necessary for first burn). Then, dispose of wick trimming out of wax pool.

-AVOID drafts.

-Set candle on heat-resistant surface.

-Burn within sight. ALWAYS remain within line of sight of burning candles. Extinguish candles before leaving room. NEVER burn for longer than 4-hour intervals. Burning your candles for a long period of time can increase the chances of the glass shattering or accidents happening to any brand of candle.

-Keep away from things that catch fire. NEVER burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.

-Keep away from children and pets. Children and pets could accidentally tip candle over.

-ALWAYS allow wax to harden before relighting, touching, or moving.

-DO NOT extinguish with water.
