What do I do to prevent candle accidents?

Just like all candles, there are a lot of aspects to be aware of whenever using a candle. One of our biggest tips to help prevent any candle accidents is burning your candle correctly! This means never burning a candle all day (or for long periods of time), this prevents the jar cracking/breaking. All candles (ours or not), need to be handled correctly or you can end up with an accident. 

When will my purchase be shipped?

Processing orders can take up to 3 business days, and then shipping will take 3-7 business days. However most of the time, we ship our orders out instantly!
